services and website. By engaging with our services, you agree to comply with and be bound by
these terms. If you do not agree with any part of these terms, please do not use our services.

1. Services Provided

Yaalee Cleaning Services offers a range of cleaning services, including but not limited to
residential cleaning, commercial cleaning, and specialized cleaning services. A detailed

2. Booking and Payment

● Booking: To schedule a cleaning service, you must provide accurate information
regarding your location, service requirements, and preferred date and time.
● Payment: Yaalee Cleaning Services only accepts credit/debit cards as a form of payment.
Credit card information is taken at the time of booking. However, we DO NOT charge the
card at this time. A hold will be placed on your account (for authorization) one (1) day
before the service in the amount of your total balance. THIS HOLD IS NOT A CHARGE.
Your card will be charged after the service has been completed, and you will receive an
invoice via email once this occurs. Unless otherwise noted, payment information must
be collected from all customers and authorized before the job starts. If your service is
canceled for any reason, this hold will be released within 2-5 days.

3. Cancellations and Rescheduling

Cancellations: If you need to cancel or reschedule your appointment, please notify us at least 24
hours in advance to avoid a cancellation fee.
Rescheduling: We will do our best to accommodate your request to reschedule, subject to
availability.

4. Customer Responsibilities

You agree to provide a safe and accessible environment for our cleaning staff. This includes:
Ensuring that pets are secured and that any hazardous materials are removed from the cleaning
area.
Providing access to the premises at the scheduled time.

5. Satisfaction Guarantee

At Yaalee Cleaning Services, we strive for customer satisfaction. If you are not satisfied with our
service, please contact us within 24 hours, and we will address your concerns promptly.

6. Liability

Yaalee Cleaning Services is fully insured. However, we are not liable for any damages or losses
that occur as a result of your failure to provide accurate information or a safe environment. Our
liability is limited to the amount paid for the service in question.

7. Privacy Policy

Your privacy is important to us. Please review our Privacy Policy, which outlines how we collect,
use, and protect your personal information.

8. Changes to Terms and Conditions

Yaalee Cleaning Services reserves the right to modify these Terms and Conditions at any time.
